I manage a condominium complex of almost 400 units and Mercury plumbing has been our vendor for years (and more years to come!). Mercury Plumbing has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced from a plumber (or any vendor for that matter). Tom, Melinda, Paul, Juan, and so many others are just fantastic people to work with. After I get off the phone with them, my day is that much brighter. They are also prompt with their service! Most vendors respond much later and they come out in record time to take care of any issues my community has. I'd recommend Mercury to anyone needing a professional, quick, and kind plumber. My family has used Mercury Plumbing for over ten years and they have always been great. My ninety one year old mother had a pipe leak under the slab in her dining room late on Friday night, Huge mess. Mercury responded with in the hour. The technician, Gabriel was great, fast and efficient. Of course this was going to be a bigger because of the location and a previous owner had used substandard materials. They really worked with my mother to control the cost. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the Tech, the customer service provided by the office.
