John at Priceless was very responsive throughout our roof repair process. The quoted prices were very fair, the work was done in a timely manner, and when a storm damaged a few of the newly replaced shingles, they quickly repaired them again at no charge. John McKeever was great to work with! I was worried about a possible leak in my roof after a big storm and he was here the next day to inspect. He took time to throughly check the area of concern as well as walk the roof and attic for any other signs of damage. He didn’t push unnecessary or expensive work on us and there was no charge for the inspection. He gave me a few tips for my gutters and thing to keep my eye on but all in all said everything looked good. I haven’t had any other concerns since he’s been out but I know if I do John would be the one I’d trust to call again. Service: Roof inspection

I had them do a roof replacement on 7/11/22 due to a leak. I now have more leaks than before they replaced it. They have come out several times to fix these leaks. After several storms they seemed to have fixed them so the bill was paid. But during this last rain it leaked again. I am not sure how responsive they will be now that the bill has been paid. I will update this post if/when they fix the leaks permanently. 10/29/22 Here is my update so far. They have been out to my house 5 times since they replaced my roof to fix their leaks.
