After multiple attempts from different companies to diagnose and fix an intermittent A/C problem, we tried Professional A/C and Heating. They were very responsive and professional. They were able to identify and fix the issue within 2 days and were very communicative throughout the process. Very happy and would definitely recommend. Service: HVAC system maintenance

I had an entire unit installed with another company July 1, 2019. July 10, 2020 my unit stopped working. Install company couldn’t come out for at least 24 hours. Called your company, same day service. Juan C. was prompt and showed me what needed to be done. He was thorough and found the issue right away and fixed it. Incorrect parts and poor wiring and loose fittings were the issue. He also advised me the best type of filter for my system which I hadn’t been told when the other company installed the unit. He is definitely an asset to your company. Thank you for your prompt service and reasonable cost. I also took a maintenance contract with you to avoid any issues down the road.
