Honest & reliable company! Amanda was a great help on the phone, had the tech out same day for diagnosis, and the repair was even done the same day at a very reasonable price! Promag always comes through for me! Service: Repair HVAC
This company wants to charge me 2700 to replace the coil outside on a 4 year old unit under warranty (the evaporator coil, not the unit). I understand needing to charge for labor on a warranty job and I am good with that, but they have about a 900% markup on freon as of this writing(anyone can take a free 3 day epa608 course on skillcat and buy it for about 15 dollars per pound as of this writing for hfc410a (r410a)) and they refuse to justify their quote with an estimate of time, how much freon was needed, and how much the "warrantee fee" was. 900% is a very high mark up. Their tech told me that they "charge $250 for a capacitor and that you could buy one online for $20"(not counting labor which amounts to about a 1250% mark up if his pricing was accurate, i have no reason not to believe him about that). I asked the company for an itemized quote and their reply was "We use a flat rate pricing system, not itemized line items. I told them that was no different than bringing my car to
