David Chipman, one of the AC service technicians, arrived promptly after hours to diagnose the problem with my AC unit after a lightning strike last night. He took the time to be thorough and to explain everything to me and also took the time to compose a detailed and thorough analysis for me to submit to my HO Insurance company.
