Update; the problem came back and I found out that they didn't actually fix the issue. Today it was Richard and previously it was Edward that came to my house to do service. Both were very professional and courteous. While the cost was a little high for the second job, it was worth it. I would recommend the company to anyone looking for electrical services.

Solaris Electric was INCREDIBLE with their customer service from the first phone call with Cassandra, getting the estimate, getting placed on the schedule same day as our call (we had no A/C) and Richard arriving on time with knowledge, experience and professional expert repair efficiently. Praise to Solaris Electric Hurricane Nicole knocked down the pole that holds the electrical meter in my backyard. I called Duke Energy the day after the hurricane and told them that my case was not urgent, the electricity worked fine despite the pole being on the ground. The electrical cables from the utility are very well insulated, so the danger of electrocution was zero and that Duke should concentrate on customers without power. Being nice does not seem to affect Duke Energy. EIGHT days later, on a Friday, Duke sent a lineman that cut the electricity. No arguments induced the lineman to give me until Monday to erect a new pole for the meter. He just showed me arrogance and rudeness. I tried to contact Duke, in the meanwhile the lineman called the police just to show his superiority. After cutting the power, I asked the lineman what I had to do for them to reconnect, he basically told me to go to hell. Solaris technician Jamie S is very professional.
