Solaris Electric was INCREDIBLE with their customer service from the first phone call with Cassandra, getting the estimate, getting placed on the schedule same day as our call (we had no A/C) and Richard arriving on time with knowledge, experience and professional expert repair efficiently. Richard’s customer service was excellent! We are very grateful for their kindness, patience and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for any service needed. Jamie was a lifesaver to our business. Our offices lost phones lines after Hurricane Idalia and the wiring was the cause. Jamie was prompt, immediately assessed and assisted us to get us back online. We will be trying to connect this business with our sister communities due to their outstanding employee performance.
Called Solaris to replace Electric panels. Their tech Jaime came to my home to look at my panels and give estimate. He quoted $17,000!!!!! That is $14,000 over over 2 other contractor estimates. Don't why they are so overpriced, but obviously will never call them again. Service: Electrical panel repair
