To Whom it May Concern: I had my roof replaced by City Roofing a few months ago! I dealt mostly with Eric Bergen and staff. I have to absolutely rave about his services and this company. They were the most easiest, kind, accommodating, and responsive people I have ever dealt with in business. I was so impressed. They were always there for any questions that may have come up. They did not leave me waiting or hanging, but dealt with it, immediately. Being a 79 yrs. old woman that knew nothing about putting a new roof on my home, I could always count on them, as they were extremely reliable, patient with me and thorough, in their explanations as to what comes next and what to expect. I will always speak enthusiastically about City Roofing and go on about these special employee’s work ethics. They were extremely, extra special in caring about any concerns I may have had! One thing that shocked me was, when they ordered the shingle I choose, it turned out to not be available at tha
