Brownie's Septic & Plumbing

Brownie's has been my go to septic company since 2006. They are honest and willing to educate on how to properly maintain a septic tank and drain field. Eric inspected our septic tank and found that the filter needed to be cleaned. He told me it did not need to be pumped out and only charged me for a service call. I depend on Brownie's to keep our septic tank and drain field healthy. Highly recommended.

Brownie's was able to come to my home late on a Friday afternoon after my worst nightmare happened: all of my toilets' not flushing, and water backing up in the shower drain. Marlon Wilson came out and after some detective work was able to identify the issue, AND he had everything he needed on his truck to replace an entire grinder pump that day, so we could get back to our business (literally). This is the first time we've had to call anyone to service our septic since moving into our new home, and we will always be calling Brownie's due to the great service and how awesome and personable Marlon was. Honest Review: I am thankful that they did come and pumped our system yesterday after being dropped 2 times from our scheduled appointments last week. I took time from work and errands to be present between 9am-2pm window each time. The first drop was from a truck break down (I get it it happens) they assured me that they would be there on Monday, only to dropped us again due to someone having an emergency (which they are able to charge higher rates for this service). I believe that building relationship with clients is most important. Especially when there is an opportunity for service every 3-5 years. I have lost faith in this company. What I wish I knew then: They quoted me $395 for the service, when the tank was opened I was told it was $395 + $85 for the filter to be cleaned (which I learn from the technician can be cleaned on our own each year) I know now and will perform the yearly cleaning myself.
