Brownie's Septic & Plumbing

Marlon Wilson came by my home to fix a water main leak. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable but was personable as well. I could tell he loved his job and was very good at it! He quickly fixed the issue and did an amazing job. Because of Marlon I will only call Brownies with any future plumbing needs at my home. Mitchell

I've been using Brownie's for 20 years now. Never had any problems with their service or employees. Felt I needed to post today as the gentleman, William, who was out today was absolutely top notch. Great service performed and quite the lesson on septic systems for me. I certainly hope he stays with Brownie's a long time! Thank you for the great service over the years! I called Brownies yesterday for a first time service, which was an emergency service for a septic back up. We scheduled an appointment for today between 9-1, but nobody came, and even worse, nobody bothered to call to say they weren’t coming. Brownies came recommended from a neighbor, but after this treatment for an emergency appointment, I can’t say I’m impressed. I tried calling today and got a voicemail, but my hopes for a return call aren’t high based on the unprofessional demeanor of a no call, no show for emergency repair.
