Love our new roof!! Total roof services provided great service to us at our home. They were on time and performed every bit of work they said they would perform. They provided photos of the work done during the project and kept us in the loop the entire time. There team was on time and very efficient. Entire roof redone in two days and they cleaned up very well after the work was complete. These guys were beyond professional, definitely masters of there craft. Total Roof Services has truly set the bar on purchasing a roof. I purchased a fixer upper and as a single female who frankly was feeling overwhelmed and clueless, was provided immense support by Jose and his team. Jose was able to take his time in educating me about the entire process and his team was very patient with me while I sorted out some lose strings on my end. The team that installed the roof were kind and clean. There was no profanity or un professional talk while they were working, which I appreciated. What I most enjoyed was that I was able to see photos of the process, I feel more confident about my next purchase and what to look for in my next home. The warranty provided is competitive with others in the market ( I had 7 quotes done), the reason why I chose TRS was because of there service. Overall I am happy with the process and results.
