Had them come out to my office to look at a thermostat saying "no power". technician was on time, however after the diagnosing the problem as an issue with the water removal system, i was presented with a $1800 package for the solution. further questioning got me down to $650, however with a lack of proper explanation i refused service. The next day i had another company come out and they were able to resolve the issue within 20 minutes due to a broken wire for $180. Service: A/C system repair
When my A/C suddenly stopped cooling, Vortechs was able to get a technician to me within a few hours. Joseph quickly diagnosed the problem and had my A/C working again ASAP. Very happy with the service we were provided and Joseph was great! Service: A/C system repair
