I would suggest NOT using this company. I had been using them for the last 10 years as they installed my A/C. Something has change now and I will not ever use them again. I paid them $190 to come out and tell me what is wrong with my A/C. The outside fan motor stopped working. The problem is they gave me a quote for just replacing the motor, but you must also replace the fan blades and they did not tell me that information. I only found that information after I had another company come out to replace the motor and fan. I asked for a $95 refund as they only told me half the information I was paying them to provide as part of the service call. I talked to the service manager (Melanie) and she said no refund would be given as they did come out and I would only been given all the information if I used them to do the work. I feel like they are given out quotes for a lower price to get the work and then hitting people with more changes after the fact. The quote from them was $925 to replace
