Shane was great. Only repair man that came out right away, and I can’t even express how great full I was. He was so nice he actually got the price lower by reusing some parts. My air stopped blowing cold air late last night, called A/C Service Masters/Shane ....first thing this morning on the recommendation from a co-worker. He told me he had several stops ahead of me to make but said he would be here between 12-2 today. About 2:05 pm he called and apologized for running late and told me he was on his way. He got here, diagnosed the problem very quickly and then came back in to give me the receipt ....he had already fixed it! I was so shocked and happy! He was quick, efficient and I cant say enough how much I appreciated his exceptional service! And it was so reasonable too...I was expecting to pay a lot more! Highly, highly recommend this company!!
