my AC unit iced over, I called up AC service masters and John was responsive and nice to talk to on the phone. I let him know my situation, he was able to get Shane out to my place within 2 hours (I specified that I was pretty flexible, and Shane was finishing up some work in the area). Shane was able to talk through what he was doing, and asked before doing anything that would be a charge. Shane was able to diagnosed the issue to a leak in my dryer, get it replaced, re-charge the system, and we're blowing cold air again! Definitely got an honest, down to earth, vibe from my experience with AC Service Masters. 10/10 recommend. Service: A/C system repair

I contacted A/C Service Masters on a sweltering Sunday in July and left a message that our AC went out. I got a call back within two minutes (not an exaggeration). The service technician responded quickly, and he diagnosed the problem right away, and our AC was back online immediately. The technician then stayed a little longer (on a Sunday no less) and provided some good advice on AC maintenance and such. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind and professional, and their response was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the company and our experience with them. Five stars for sure. My air stopped blowing cold air late last night, called A/C Service Masters/Shane ....first thing this morning on the recommendation from a co-worker. He told me he had several stops ahead of me to make but said he would be here between 12-2 today. About 2:05 pm he called and apologized for running late and told me he was on his way. He got here, diagnosed the problem very quickly and then came back in to give me the receipt ....he had already fixed it! I was so shocked and happy! He was quick, efficient and I cant say enough how much I appreciated his exceptional service! And it was so reasonable too...I was expecting to pay a lot more! Highly, highly recommend this company!!
