Ad and site say 24 hour service but when contractor called, said they would not come out today or tonight, but would come out the next day. Not recommended, avoid, false ads. Added - After I left this review, the Manager of the local Palm Bay office called me back at home to ask if I was a "miserable person" and was very rude and hostile with me. Beware using this group at all unless you want to be harassed for wanting someone to come out the same evening you called, being promised that by the call center person, then being told something else by the local office manager who will then confront you if he does not like your feedback. What the H*LL ever happened to customer service in this world.

My son's AC BROKE and we called them and they came in an less than an hour . Great service. Thank you Also Able called me after technicians were still there and said we're able to repair but because of the condition it's in we can't guarantee how long it will work. He was very compassionate with my situation and gave me a price to replace it. The guys were very professional and Able was very kind and genuinely cared. Great service quick and nice when needing a new ac. I called 1 month after installing new ac unit when i had a problem. Their answering service asked if it was a warranty call and told me they can't even leave a message and told me to call back when their office is open. I did and the answering sevice took my info finally for some one to call back. I'm still waiting.
