What a joke. The 2 technicians didn't speak a word of english so their boss had to translate on the phone. They damaged my new air filter by crushing the frame while inspecting (photos). They asked for $170 to replace a $10 part (capacitor) which is a 10 minute job and wouldnt change my AC cooling anyway. They didn't tell me a single thing about why my AC is underperforming other than its 10 years old. Finally, they stuck a meat thermometer into the drywall above my air handler and left a gaping hole in it when they finished. I am glad I only paid them for the tune up and sent them away. AVOID.

Great service quick and nice when needing a new ac. I called 1 month after installing new ac unit when i had a problem. Their answering service asked if it was a warranty call and told me they can't even leave a message and told me to call back when their office is open. I did and the answering sevice took my info finally for some one to call back. I'm still waiting.

Premiere was the best! Our ac had stopped working. Another company told us we needed a whole new system. Premiere assured us if they couldn't get the system working, that they would provide window units to keep the house cool until they could get the system fixed or replaced. Premiere came to our house within 2 hours after contacting them. They immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. They were professional, honest and reasonably priced.
