We had a short circuit in the AC unit which always tripped the breaker. Jason from Florida Breeze came out to troubleshoot and quickly found out it was a defective heater shorting. He diagnosed this very quickly and found what others had missed. In a very short time, we had a working Goodman AC blowing cold air again. We have been on the bi yearly maintenance plan for 4 years. We had a major problem with our air conditioning unit that they installed. It took them over a week to get the part! They didn't even offer advice to keep cool. They wouldn't even schedule an appointment to fix it until the part came in. Took well over a week to get it fixed They could have found a distributor to get this part from in the area. It's a Carrier! Now go forward a few months. We thought our hot water heater was leaking. Called a plumber, turns out they thought it was the plumbing in the main bathroom. This was late Friday. They would have to get to it Monday. We'll it turns out the air handler in the house was leaking into the garage, where the hot water heater is, and into the house.
