Out of business. Filed bankruptcy. Bought out by Strada. Trying to get either the builder, Trane, or Strada to honor my HVAC warranty on a new build.
Terry came to the home and checked the bathroom vent ducts for both bathrooms. The air flow was poor for 2 of 3 vents. He was able to clear the problem and we are very happy. We just bought this home and it is just out of warranty, but we have issues. Terry was polite and answered all our questions regarding servicing. Woke up and the thermostat was not working, called One Stop (they installed my HVAC for the builder I purchased from). They were here quickly, trouble shot and fixed right away. Extremely nice. Absolutely recommend to anyone needing top notch customer service. Service: Thermostat repair
