The technicians were very polite , hard working, and efficient..they did a great job, this was a big unit to install.
In regards to their past service I would have given them a higher score, but unfortunately today someone dropped the ball. I'm sitting in my hot house at 5:30 pm not knowing what's wrong with my air condition unit after their mechanic looked at the unit earlier in the day. He mentioned that we needed a part and that he'll soon return. Well, needless to say, he never returned and furthermore the company didn't even follow up after promising to call us after I complained about the situation. Service: HVAC system repair
Had a condensation pump leaking water on the floor late in the evening, but saw that Ken Williams was available 24 hours. Technician tried to repair pump to save money but had to replace pump in the end. Very competent and helpful and got our AC back on line. Works great. Service: HVAC system repair
