Awesome company! From the guy who gave us the quote, the office ladies and the team who did our roof, very professional, upbeat, pleasant people. Girls in office were very knowledgeable with all the questions I asked, responded very quickly to emails and phone calls. Roof crew so nice. I watched them work and they had it down, great teamwork, and they cleaned up afterwards so well I never could tell they were here!! Our roof was completed the same day. I give this company 10 stars!! Hope the company appreciates their employees and gives them the recognition they deserve!

We bought a house 4 years ago. The previous owner chose this company to replace the roof 4.5 years ago. So we are stuck with the warranty. It is a new roof but there is constant leaking and ceiling damage in one area. We called them several times (probably 5) they patched each time, with every storm it would leak again. We had to pay for a replacement of the ceiling in the garage for that damage, they refuse to cover. We pay EXTRA (not just what's included in warranty) for a proper and best option repair of the area with new flushing about 1 month ago. The leak is now worst than before and the garage ceiling fell down. The company should fix the roof and replace my garage ceiling but they say they do not take care of that. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We gave them multiple opportunities and we don't like to write negative reviews. But they deserve this one. Very poor quality. Not professional. We have a TPO style roof and it started to leak over the converted garage, now master bedroom. They were our 3rd quote and only one who did TPO repair, and they were the most reasonable. The crew was able to complete in half a day. My husband, who had tried to repair it, said it was done well and he was impressed by their attention to detail. The previous roofers did not put a pitch on it which caused the problem and went out of business. Done Rite put in the pitch and sealed it good. We would recommend this company to anyone.
