Ridge Pro Roofing

I needed to post a shout out to Ridge Pro Roofing. I had extensive damage to my roof and it needed to be replaced. I contacted 4 roofing companies, 1 never even left me a bid 1 was twice as much as anyone else 1 was going to take 8 weeks to get me on the schedule and was more expensice 1 was Ridge Pro... Not only did they have the best prices, best warranty (from the manufacturer) but they didn't waste my time with any high pressure sales tactics. Finished the job in 1.5 days, left the property meticulously clean.. ordered me a special dumpster for pavers. Just so happy with how everything came out and the care they gave to the property. I hired Ridge Pro after meeting with a few other local companies. Unlike the others that I met with, they actually came out and went over everything with me instead of leaving me a piece of paper under my door. They got out to do the job within a couple of weeks and the job went off without a hitch. Everything passed building inspection and I was able to get my wind mitigation certificate signed off on too. Very pleased.

Ridge Pro was contracted to re-shingle our entire townhome community. They offered a quality product at a competitive price. I was perhaps most impressed with the service provided during the project. Johnny, the project supervisor, was a “hands-on” leader of the crew. Not only did he direct the roofing crew and keep them on task, but he also walked the neighborhood cleaning up debris and nails on a daily basis. In a project of this magnitude, problems are inevitable; however, Johnny was approachable and responsive to the needs of the homeowners and quickly sought resolution to any issues as they arose. Good customer service goes a long way in business referrals, and Johnny and the staff at Ridge Pro were exemplary in the roofing project of our community.
