Absolute horrible company they were hired by my leasing company. The lack of communication from this company is absurd. I tried calling them about 100 times never received a call back. They were hired to come inspect my roof because there’s a crack in my ceiling from what looks like to be water penetration, they did not even go into the attic on the first trip out here nor did they call me when theywere here they proceed to come out today again no phone call when asked ahead of time and all they proceeded to do was put a black caulking around the pipe penetrations on my roof and didn’t even seel them properly around the pipes as well as putting a few dabs of that black stuff under some shingles as well let alone none of these areas were even near where i was noticing the crack in the ceiling, I highly suggest to not ever use this company!

I can not say enough great things about this company. I was under contract for a home, and the roof needed to be replaced for loan approval. Mike was able to come out to the property for a quote on the same day that I called him. They were able to completely replace the roof in just a few weeks, and I was able to close on the property on time! The best part is that they have an option for the seller to pay for the roof at closing from the proceeds of the sale. No down payment. That is what saved the deal. HIGHLY recommended.
