1st Choice Home Improvements

I contracted in good faith with 1st choice on January 25, 2023 to enclose my patio. I was told that the project should start around the end of April. After engineering came out to verify measurements, I did not hear from 1st Choice until May 15th when I called and left a message enquiring about the status of my project. On May 16th, I received a call saying that Damon was supposed to be at my residence. Damon and his crew were her doing the install for the next five days. I was told that the install would take three days, however, the entire team did not show up each day and they usually didn’t start to work until around 10 am, then broke for lunch and usually left around 3 or 4 pm. Damon completed the job on May 17th, however he said that one of the screens did not fit properly. Our cedar home was due for a paint job and we elected to go with First Choice and their Cool Wall application. While I can’t yet speak to summer cooling impact of the product, I can say that Eric and his crew did a phenomenal job. They were meticulous with every detail and the house looks great! Communication was exceptional as we dealt with dicey weather that didn’t permit them to work effectively some days. They did everything they said they would do, plus some. Wholeheartedly recommend.

1st Choice did a complete remodel at my parents neighbors house and upon speaking with them they were/are exstemly happy. By happenstance I ran into a 1st Choice employee (Summer) and she was very nice and even followed up with my wife. Management is very responsive and caring
