I have previously had positive experiences with Air Design regarding air conditioner issues. Previously, I did not think of Air Design in connection with plumbing issues but when I was looking into a whole home waterfiltering system I noticed that it was a service they offered. Air Design quickly provided me a free estimate through a courteous gentleman named Rory. I gathered other estimates from other companies but I was not impressed with their throughness, pricing, or transparency. Air Design quickly set me up for installation with Jeff. Jeff was GREAT! He was right on time, knew exactly what he was doing, explained it to me, and was very efficient. I thank God that there are still wonderfully skilled and honest people and companies working to make things better! I highly recommend this business!

We called on August 9, 2023 for repair HVAC outage around 5pm. We were told someone would come out that night. Had a call from tech he was too busy and no one else on call. I called the next morning around 10am spoke with Lisa transferred to Tammy as the tech said he would be here first thing. A tech called and said on the way. He arrived and could not identify the issue and charged us $159 for a part he thought it might be. He added nitrogen and was coming back Friday morning. I called back since no one called and just a little later he showed up and said the unit they replaced 14yrs ago needed to be replaced and we would get a quote that day. NO Quote or call has ever been returned to us. I told Tammy their CSR that customer follow up is everything and important the second day when we were waiting. Needless to say we had to get another quote and install today 8/21/23. Air Design needs to treat customers like they would want their own family treated. Service: A/C system maintenance

AC was on the brink of going out in over 90 degree temps. Dave from Air Design responded and assessed the situation. He was extremely professional and responsive! Because of his expertise and the response from Air Design we decided to go with a brand new unit!! We recommend Air Design to anyone in the Pensacola or surrounding areas to contact them for any AC problems they may encounter!
