Called for repair/estimate. After the initial evaluation for estimate (for $75 just to look), they didn’t return calls, phone messages, etc…to schedule for the repair part. After 1 1/2 months without a/c, we went elsewhere. Our a/c was working again within 2 hours using a competitor.
Shannon is the best to work with! His professionalism and expertise in the AC industry is second to none. His team (Austin, Dustin and Justin) follow his lead. They were all respectful and considerate; swift with installation, cleaned up behind themselves and were patient with my questions. I would recommend Climate Control of Pensacola, Inc every time! Our family has worked with Climate Control and its owner Shannon Winchester since 2004. We have had numerous homes over the years and have always used Climate Control to Service or replace AC units. We most recently had a split unit installed in our garage. Shannon and his crew always do a fantastic job! He is as honest as the day comes!
