the staff at Auxiliary Power Systems is very knowledgeable and friendly, the salesperson explained everything in detail of what to expect from installation, it was nice have 1 company do everything, ( electrical and gas work) no subs, they arrived on time and had my 24kw running and tested on house by the end of the day. The electricians / service tech were very knowledgeable A little challenge when scheduling them to come But overall they are very good
This is the most difficult company to work with i have ever experienced. Non-responsive, have been calling for months for a service and a repair. No call back, no show, nothing. Months they have promised to repair my generator and do a service call. I'm still waiting.
