I had vinyl siding installed on my home. The initial estimate was reasonable compared to other local companies. Other estimates made me feel like they were dishonest and fast talkers. While going through the entire process, I was kept in the loop. The install team were great! I really feel like they went above and beyond to make me happy. Ridgeline employee, Rogan Heath was very professional and impressed me greatly. I was having issues with my roof and called Ridgeline and scheduled a time for someone to come out and look at it. Rogan was the employee who came. He listened to my concerns as a homeowner and then inspected my roof. Once completed, he shared with me his findings and what I needed to remedy the issues I was having. He was kind, considerate, and explained everything in a way I could understand. From the initial contact to the completion of my project, the entire process was a pleasant experience.
