Marcus Rivers took my call personally. I needed a quick fix and it was a Friday morning. No one could come out for less than $550 & they weren't available for almost a week. Not only was Mr. Rivers the best price in town, he was here within a matter of hours. He went above and beyond the scope of the job & I'm so grateful that I decided to call around some more. As a single parent on a fixed income, I greatly appreciated the affordable rates, promptness, and incredible customer service. When Mr. Rivers saw the job wasn't going to be able to be completed today (my fault not his), he said he come back at no extra cost to complete my faucet install. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with them. Thank you so much! Update: the man saved my bathroom from total destruction at 11pm on a Friday night when he took my call.
