Long story short, had problems out of our York system on several occasions after initial install in 2017. The technicians that showed up were Justin and Jeremy, they were thorough and transparent about the issues. We had a bit of lag time in acquiring parts not necessarily at fault of BARNES, but because parts for these systems are hard to find (because they are so new). Justin and Jeremy are incredibly kind, hardworking, and smart when it comes to figuring out what’s wrong with the unit. Barnes y’all have two really great employees in those men.

Barnes is the best, we have a condo in Miramar Beach and AC unit went out, several other ac companies said it would take weeks to months to get the same type ac, but Barnes was the only company that had that type and was able to assist Asap, I spoke with Danna the owner she gave us our options and stayed in contact with us, she had new unit put in within a day or 2 and were very grateful, thanks Barnes!!!
