Overall positive experience. A problem was fixed on the first trip, which they expected to solve the matter, but when it didn't, they arranged for Leonard to come back out and resolve the matter ASAP, and he took found and resolved it. He was extremely courteous, and willing to explain anything I asked about, and left a good impression overall. Thanks Leonard, I appreciate your hard work!
These guys are good. Excellent customer service and priced right.
I have used Shenberger Plumbing a couple times and have been pleased with their work. They have even been available after regular business hours and on the weekends. They have taken care of our plumbing issues in a timely manner. The owners are honest and dependable people and I would suggest their company to other people.
