Boutwell's Air Masters

I started this service around Aug 2022. This was supposed to be a year long service with the second visit at six months. During the initial visit, I was told the capacitor should be replaced so I ok'd the service. Six months came and went and they never showed up. I had to call them to get them to come back out. This was a month or two late at this point. Last night my AC goes out due to the capacitor they replaced. They dont have an on-call so another company came out to repair. Apparently Boutwell only has a 30day warranty on parts. Considering all of this, I would not recommend this company nor will I use them again. There are better to chose from. Ryan was amazing today! We had been having problems with our AC for the past month. I thinking the worst was planning for $200-$500 fix. Ryan came to our home troubleshot our unit and found a loose wire and fixed it. Then charged me nothing. Totally shocked! I had an immediate response to my call and next day service! Great company and people! You will definitely be my forever HVAC company for life! Service: A/C system maintenance

I had an issue with water leaking from my AC. The first person insisted it was not the ac. About a month later the water was still leaking. I called again and asked for the amazing Rick. An older gentleman. See I had this problem a year ago and he fixed us up. Something about buildup. Any way, I am very happy with him and his knowledge and service! Unfortunately I was charged both times for the same issue which doesn't seem fair but I now know to ask for the amazing Rick and not a less knowledgeable tech!
