To say they did a good job would be cruel and grossly understated, few care .. most do a good job but don’t check back .. these people did a heck of a good job .. and checked back .. came back & made adjustments .. just to make sure all was well. The owner of this business and his service manager are customer oriented.. not money oriented.. they , like I , believe if you take care of people , it’s not hard to make money .. We had an A.C. emergency on a Saturday and after calling numerous agencies who claim to be 24 hours, we could not get anyone to answer, much less come out. We finally called Diamond Air Design and spoke to an actual employee rather than an answering service. They had someone out to our house within two hours on a Saturday. The technician was Hunter and he had wonderful service and was honest and did good work. Our house iwas cool within an hour.’My husband tried to tip him and he refused to take a tip which says a lot about the company and the technician himself. My husband shared the good news of Jesus with the technician as we try to do this with everyone we encounter, and found out that the company owner has similar values.11/10 recommend this company for the speed and quality of service, and the values the company operates by.
