I am very happy with the recommendation of Diamond Air Design. Both Louis and Dalton were extremely professional and prompt in their response. They not only took time to fix the issue but were excellent in their explanation of the cause from a diagnostic standpoint which I greatly appreciate.

The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and very professional. He not only check out and fixed what I call about, but checked the whole system. He found and fixed a problem I was not aware of at this time. He also told me how I could reduce me electric bill without having to compromise the comfort of my home. He was just great.

To say they did a good job would be cruel and grossly understated, few care .. most do a good job but don’t check back .. these people did a heck of a good job .. and checked back .. came back & made adjustments .. just to make sure all was well. The owner of this business and his service manager are customer oriented.. not money oriented.. they , like I , believe if you take care of people , it’s not hard to make money ..
