I'm assuming the majority of these 5 star reviews are family and friends helping this guy to grow his business because I only see one accurate review here, from gymeni. Nathaniel loves to talk over you, not a good listener by any stretch of the imagination. He is rude and very short. If Nathaniel sees anything he doesn't like, immediately, he becomes irritated, rude and condescending. I only hired him to provide me with an estimate and he to this day has no idea what he was called out to do, nor was I given an estimate. Nathaniel immediately, within 45 seconds of entering the property, became irritated and rude. He tried to coerce me into accepting work unwarranted by himself. Nathaniel was at the property all of 6-8 minutes and then demanded I pay him 85 dollars plus tax (I did) for a service I never received, nor was he able to fulfil because he would not listen and talked over me the entire time.
