Kirk was on time, courteous, and very professional. Impressed that he got our unit running right away even though he had to order parts. Will use Family Heating and Air from now on. Parts arrived, they made appointment and installed as agreed. Very satisfied.
Been using Family Heating & Air for nearly 10 years. The whole company is great. They stay busy, but that’s because they’re awesome at what they do…. This time, we had great communication from our technician, Thomas Carper. He was fantastic. It was a “not-so-easy” two day job to get our a/c unit running smoothly again. Thomas did a very thorough job. I’m confident that he did the job right. I’d ask for him by name if you want a good a/c tech you can trust.
A++! Beyond grateful for this company. They communicated well with appointment times and got our system up and running in no time. They were assigned to us through our home warranty after waiting for 9 days for another competitor to respond. Family A/C responded to our home the very next day and had us up and cooling 2 hours later. I’m glad the other company didn’t return calls because we got to see Family A/C in action.
