Elite Mechanical is an awesome company. Always prompt in handling any issues. The technicians are friendly and helpful. The service/sales manager Andy was great at breaking down the costs of a new unit and explaining everything. We have now bought two units from this company and are extremely happy. They really go above and beyond to help their customers stay comfortable. The owner really cares about his company and his customers. I highly recommend Elite Mechanical. 10/10 - highly recommend! I called the number for plumbing issues and immediately got in contact with Kai. He was able to respond to my house on the same day (Sunday!) and worked some sort of plumbing magic and was able to fix the problem quickly! He was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you!!
