Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

I cannot recommend this company enough! I am a star care member and started having AC issues today. I called Peaden around 6:45pm tonight to let them know I was having issues and within 15 minutes, a tech was in contact with me to let me know that they would be over as soon as possible. Chasady became available prior to our original tech and called to let me know know she was available and asked if that was okay. She was at my home and working on the issue within 7 minutes and was here for less than 30. My AC is back up and running and my husband and I are beyond grateful! The sales rep Paul was professional and explained everything that was going to be done throughout the process of putting in my new AC split system. I would definitely recommend him. The team came today to install and again they could not have been nicer and more professional and they left my house cleaner than when they came it. Everything is working beautifully, Thank you to the entire Peaden team. I could not be more pleased!

I was at work when I received a text that the service tech was on his way. Sadly, I need a new ac unit. He temporarily fixed the ac unit. I'm waiting to speak with a salesperson and get my options to replace my 16 yr old unit. Albey was knowledgeable and kind. Thanks for the next day service Peaden. Service: HVAC system repair
