Peaden Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

Our A/C went out last night. I contacted the company we have for 20 years. We were basically blown off. So I contacted Peaden. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and considerate to our needs. She did not blow us off or give us an excuse why they couldn't do it. Instead she scheduled us for the afternoon. Our tech, Zach Belk, was the gentleman who worked on my unit. Zach was very professional and knowledgeable. He conducted a complete exam of my unit, took pictures and explained everything to us. What impressed me the most with Zach was his patience to explain everything. So someone who knows nothing about A/C. He took his time to explain and showed us, pictures, what was wrong with the unit. He explained the process to fix it and what the cost would be up front with no pressure. Unfortunately we do not see enough of the professionalism and patience with other companies like I saw with Peaden. I will continue my service with Peaden, and I would definitely recommend Peaden to anyone,

Here for the first time for AC service as I signed up for $25 a month “Elite” service. Should mention it took 3rd time to actually get them here. Did not replace or clean anything. Left two caps off valves they checked outside. Did try really hard to sell over $1200 worth of upgrades they wanted to install “today”, not interested in sending this quote to my email. Photos of the filter I replaced after he left and the caps I put back on after he left. Thought I was getting a “service”; not another sales pitch.

Very pleased. Almost immediate service. Young man, Zachary I think is his name. I'm just on flip phone and can't backtrack to be sure from a previous text requesting evaluation of him. So was very pleased at his response. Unfortunately, surge wiped out my compressor, so we days away from it being fixed. ????
