Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

We have been Sears customers for 50+ years. Scheduled an urgent AC repair for a family member who is elderly. Temperatures in the 90's. Technician came out over a week ago and charged $200 for a diagnostic. He recommended an engine replacement which we want to proceed with, but we can not get him to re-engage or provide a timeline for the replacement part. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no communication whatsoever.

I was recommended a great AC unit, and my house was so comfortable!! Everyone I dealt with was very kind and professional, the only downside was it took longer than I thought it would to install. Ended up having my thermostat taking longer to get in that I was originally quoted, but they worked around my schedule to install everything when it finally did.

Absolutely do not go with Sears. Find someone willing to stand behind their work or at least live up to what they say they will do. Had my entire roof replaced and theit subcontractors didn't even build it to code or to the standard for the Owens Corning roofing system. I have been trying to work with the Pensacola office since April to get the issues resolved. I get no response to emails or to phone calls from the office. Additionally, there was damage to the siding of the house they have not come to fix. STAY AWAY!
