I first had a man come out from express to fix our ac . But we didn't realize until about a week later when it got cold that we were having a problem when running the heat too. while on heat setting the unit inside would freeze up. So I called the owner up he said since it was within 30 days of them coming out the owner said he would send some one back out and there wouldn't be any additional charge unless something else was wrong that was different from before. and no service fee charge . so the new tech found a wire on the system out side needed to be repaired . They did not charge me either time for the service call since work was done only for the repairs needed and it was very professional and affordable. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Ac working perfectly after replacing the capacitor they also repaired a wire misplaced in the thermostat and now the heat works perfectly too my electric bill went down almost half of what it was before because the entire syst

Great work on our ac unit. Steve did a excellent job and was very quick about it. When I wanted to know more of how issues pop up and how he addressed them he was very informational and willing to explain things which was really nice. All the Associates that work at my home was very professional and knowledgeable about there work. The only problem I had was with the lady in the office , had to call her about 5 times before my job was finished. The problem I had was not with the worker but with the communications with the office lady. I will prefer Express Air to any one that ask about by service. I love my air conditioner and all the work that was done at my home. Johnnie is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.
