Drew let us know when he was arriving about 45 min in advance. Very communicative let us know what the issue was repaired it quickly and before he left our AC was up from 82 to 74 degrees. He did a great job. The availability of the team was also fantastic. They offered to send someone out last night after hours or early this morning. Highly recommend!! I have purchased 2 complete systems from them in the past and they were great. I referred 2 neighbors to them and they bought complete systems as well. Fast forward to July and our unit stopped due to the same previous issue they had to come back for the first 3 months we bought it. I explained this and they told me it would be 2 weeks before they could come out I then mentioned all the business we had sent them she told me sorry it's first come first served.... very poor customer service.... I followed up a few weeks later to make sure Jason, the owner knew about this and was informed it was his policy. Very poor customer service.

John and Dustin were on time to install our new unit and even finished before the scheduled time was up. They were both "friendly" and professional. We have used this company numerous times for the servicing of our old system a before we had to replace it. They have always been honest with us and their pricing has been reasonable, I don't believe that they would cheat you.. We recommend this company and we'll continue using them. The owner was friendly when he came out to do the estimate and also the scheduling over the phone was smooth and the lady (Laura) was friendly, Customer service really counts!
