Charlie Kelson told us he would be at our home on Thursday of last week. We waited all day, tried to message him and got no response. On Friday my husband called Charlie and was told he would be at our house at noon. At 1:30 my husband called and he said he would be over later. Friday late afternoon he told us he was not coming that day but since he left us hanging all day he would come first thing on Monday morning. It is now 2:20 and he has not called or texted. So disappointing, so unprofessional.
Did not have the courtesy of returning phone or text messages to request estimate for work. Dont bother him, he obviously doesnt need business.
They were quick to answer and were able to help me the same day, something no other plumber was able to do. I texted pictures ahead of time and they were able to quote me a price before even getting on site. The work was done quickly and great quality.
