I did not have a good experience with Barberi Plumbing. I will give the company the benefit of the doubt and chock this experience up to a misunderstanding at best. I called to inquire whether they could look at a water heater at our property in Pace. I spoke with Tammy and specifically asked if there was a service charge when setting up an appointment for them to give an estimate for repair. She asked for the address and very definitively said there was no service charge for the location of the property. The technician came and said there was nothing wrong with the water heater, that we needed to call an electrician, and then asked the tenants to pay him a service charge. I immediately called Tammy, and was then told that there was no service charge, but the charge was for work that he did. I did not authorize any work to be done, or receive any estimate for work to be done, and the water heater is still not functioning. I said “ok” and asked if they will then deduct the charge from t

We have used Barberi plumbing multiple times over the years and always had a good experience. They recently helped with a bathroom remodeling project. They were very good about keeping in touch and letting us know they were on the way. JR did a fantastic job and made sure everything looked good and worked well before leaving.
