Just had my new AC installed by Hamrick. Everyone from Matt, who came out to give me an estimate, to the crew Mark, Andy and Wyatt did an amazing job. Very professional and knowledgeable. Super friendly, clean, and on time! Thank you, would highly recommend.
We have been customers of Hamrick Air and Heating for 22 years and have never had a bad experience with service, installation, lateness or quality of work. All service employees as well as office and sales have been courteous and helpful. We just had our old unit replaced after 22 years of service and anticipate our new one will last as long.
Not sure what happened to this business, but we just requested a refund for our service contract. We've been trying to get somebody out for 4 months--multiple phone calls have been ignored. Office staff says they give my messages to the owner each time I call. No response, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. Service: A/C system repair
