All communications were handled promptly professionally and in a friendly manner. This is the first roofing company with which I felt a high level of trust and confidence. The roofing team worked tirelessly, were very polite (I recommend supplying them withplenty of Gatorade). The work is incredibly hard, and they worked very long days to get the job done quickly. They kept the grounds very clean, and even put prortective wood slats under the dumpster wheels to protect the driveway! Details like that indicate the high caliber of the work. Post hurricane Ian roof inspection showed no damage whatsoever, after winds exceeding 125 mph in our neighborhood. Alejandro, Principal Coordinator, and Adam, General Manager, were always responsive, whether by text, email or face-to-face. Highest marks for them. Dealing with them was a pleasure. Our insurance company has an "Elite Repair" program and Baldwin Roofing is one of their certified elite roofing companies. From the initial phone call, to final installation of the new roof, everyone we worked with was spot on. Timeframe was reasonable considering the amount of roofs that were damaged by Ian. Big shout out to Joshua Jackson, Senior Claims Advocate, out of the Tampa office for his communications, promptness, professionalism, and all around good guy attitude throughout the entire process. The project turned out much less stressful that we initially imagined thanks to Josh. New roof in about 9 hours (including rain delay). Highly recommend Josh and Baldwin roofing. Our roof needed to be replaced from Ian storm. Our Insurance co uses Baldwin roofing. After getting some of the starting snags out of the way, their crew showed up at the Crack of dawn and did not leave until 7pm at night. Working for 2 straight days on that schedule. They were very professional and cleaned up each day. Both my Husband and myself are very pleased with this company at this time. A big thanks to Adam for keeping all on track.
