Their technician, Brandon, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. He knew what he was doing. Was only here for a short time and fixed the issue. They had previously installed our tankless hot water heater and did an excellent job, so when we recently had some issues with a drain clog, we called them up again. Had Felix there within a couple hours. Cleaned the clog, ran a camera to show the pipe and detect future issues, and answered all our questions. Very professional and courteous, highly recommended! My water heater went out at 4:45 in the afternoon. I called Gulfview plumbing and was put on the next mornings schedule. I received a text telling me the tech was on his way, a photo of the tech, and a brief history and his background. I was also given a link that showed a map and where the tech was coming from. I could track his arrival in real time. It was nice knowing who the tech was, and his background before he got to my house. My techs name was Felix. He was very nice and personable and respectful of our property. Felix kept me apprised on what he was doing, and gave us a detailed estimate before he did any work. After he was done, he explained what he did and showed us his work. We are 100% satisfied with the work Felix did and would have him work on our house anytime we needed a plumber.
