Wired Electrical Contracting

Initially we called because our main circuit breaker was going bad. I cannot speak for Donald‘s crews I I can’t say that Donald is one of the most methodical and thorough professionals I have ever seen work. Outside of the breaker previously we have had two electricians re-wire Two switches, one to a light and the other to the fan which I screwed up changing out the color of the switch and the second was the front door lights on a timer. His general response was, these are elementary things are to fix... mind you, however, two electricians have already played with the wires unsuccessfully- and I paid them!!!!! He simply took them apart within seconds rewired and reassembled and bingo! Done & working properly. It may seem elementary, but we have three way switches all over the place and this has muddy the waters. Donald is a master at his profession! Thank you for your brilliant work and efficiency. Our air conditioning stopped working Saturday at 12:30am, but we didn’t know it wasn’t working until a few hours later (9am on Saturday). We immediately called our landlord and she assured us that someone would get in contact with us as soon as possible. Hours go by and we finally hear from the technician. He says he’ll be there first thing Sunday morning (8:30am). By 10am, we hadn’t heard from him, so we tried calling, and he wouldn’t answer. Eventually, he calls us and says he’ll be there between 2 and 4pm. Lo and behold, he didn’t show up again. Monday morning, our landlord calls us and says to let her know if he isn’t there by noon. Of course he didn’t show up. I called him five times at 6:30pm on Monday. He answered two of the times. The first time, he hung up on me. When he finally arrived at 6:50pm, he walked into our apartment without knocking (but of course he’ll tell another story). I was taken off guard and snapped at him (the fact that it was 85 in the apartment didn’t help

After many phone calls, emails, txts, and missed commitments on a quote for work on our building, I can not recommend this business. Donald, the owner, committed many times to deliver a quote for work and never delivered. I give them one star for the work they did on our hvac system for our elevator room but that was via subcontracting with our HVAC providers. If you can’t do the work or too busy just pass instead of not delivering on “your” commitments. Being upfront and honest will go farther than missing commitments you make.
