I am going to be as honest as possible. I called for a estimate for a new panel. There was some confusion about the time frame but someone responded. AT NO TIME I WAS TOLD ABOUT ANY SERVICE FEE DURING OUR CALL. When the service guy arrived he contacted his boss . She quoted around 400.00. Then other issues were located and she charged $900.00. I told her I'll get a second opinion, but I need this done. She says ok and HITS ME FOR A SRVICE CHARGE OF approximately 180.00 !!!!! ILL INITIAL PHONE CALL REVEALED NO SUCH CHARGE! THIS WAS HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! IF THERE IS GOING TO BE A SERVICE CHARGE , you let the customer know !!!!!!!!! ALL OF MY ESTIMATES HAVE BEEN FREE OF CHARGE! AND MOST OF THE PLACES THAT DID CHARGE SAID SO UP FRONT ! DONT USE THIS PLACE !

I would happily recommend Wesworth Electric. I received a call within minutes after filling out the form on HomeAdvisor. Clay was very customer service oriented and a delight to talk to. Because the electrical problem I had was keeping my A/C from working, Clay said they considered it an emergency. He dropped everything and was at my house within two hours of my request. He gave me a quote that was fair and I agreed to the work. One of their electricians showed up on-time the next day and knew exactly what he needed to do and within a few hours, my problem was solved. They billed me exactly what was quoted and needless to say, I was very happy with their service. Thank you Wesworth and Clay!
