We decided to go with FQR at the end mainly for a couple of things: - Through transparency of the process and current market conditions for material availability, volatility in pricing. - Family Owned. - Market Reputation. They were not the cheapest option, but also not the most expensive. They were clean for the most part of the process and any concerns were timely addressed. We ended up having a little more expenses due to unforeseen rotten woods from our roof but I understand that at this time there's no real way to tell until you lift up the roof - so just something to keep in mind when you are reroofing - FQR was flexible with this unforeseen costs and work with me on a payment plan, that I appreciated.
