Had a wonderful experience with a plumbing nightmare, that we had since last Sunday. Two very nice men were on the scene, worked fast, done in an hour and a half. They located my problem. They had all the equipment camera and drain cleaning machine that they needed to take care of any problem that they found and they found my cleanout after digging deep down about 3 ft. They were very knowledgeable! And if you know anything about plumbers, honesty is the most important thing to look for, besides having the right equipment. Right now I'm overflowing with gratitude and after 5 days without plumbing, my life is coming back to me. B&K plumbers are experienced and professional. I'm extremely THANKFUL!

Called reporting toilet backing up and their response was when plumbers got back in office that same day they would dispatch them immediately. The next day I called back around noon and they stated their plumbers were still out on previous assignments and when they got back to office they would dispatch them. I stated I had an emergency and the response over the phone was they had a number of emergencies. Called another plumbing. Company (big) and they were out in just about hour from call. Service: Toilet repair
