We have a service contract (which we found was much cheaper for same service elsewhere) and have had to call them back after every service visit for not completing the work. This time when “Jim” returned he was rude and very disrespectful. Obviously angry that he had to return. They said our filters did not have to be changed after 6 months as they were not dirty. My sister checked one and it was filthy. Jim told me we should change them ourselves every 3 months! I am 75 and my sister is 78 and he wanted us to go up on a very high ladder to change them. I called the office to complain and was promised a call from the manager/supervisor 2 weeks ago. I am still waiting. When I asked Jim if he was a manager his exact response was,”No, but I should be!” No he shouldn’t and I told the office he is never to come back. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Services: A/C system maintenance, Cleaning, A/C preventive maintenance

I have a service contract for 2 years. After 1st routine maintenance visit, had to call the technician to return to clean the filters. That was a “routine maintenance item” that should have been done, but wasn’t. 2nd visit was this July. 4 bedroom filters were not changed. Tech said they “could go another 6 months”. I am 78yrs old, ceilings are 10’ high & my climb on the ladder was scary, but I got one out & it was filthy. The tech also recommended that I have a coil leak & need a new coil for $14,000. I called the company to have him return to change my 4 filters and send me a detailed work order for coil replacement. They have not yet sent a work order. Tech returned to change the filters, but was obviously angry & stated it is my job to change them every 3 months! When I purchased the $2000 maintenance contract, I was told the company would take care of changing my filters. Tech was rude to my 75 yr old sister about changing filters being “our job”. She complained to the office

Amit Patel, service tech for Quality Control air came out to do a routine service check. Advised me that he "speaks direct" which apparently means the conversation will be liberally peppered with curse words. S@%t and F%#K might be acceptable for sporting events and bars, but it shows an extreme lack of professionalism & respect when speaking to customers and reflects poorly on the company. He also tried to sell me a new air conditioner that I did not need.
