AA Temperature Services

I purchased a completely new A/C system from this company 0n 7/5/21, on 7/6/21 the system stopped working, a service tech came out and corrected the problem @ no charge. All went well until 7/23/23, just two years after installation, the system failed. I called for service, they asked several questions and explained that since the A/C unit was frozen they would have to come the next day. The tech arrived and advised me that the system had a freon leak and that I would have to pay $1,700.00 to replace the freon, even though my system has a factory warranty for ten years for materials and labor. I questioned why the warranty didn't cover this expense, he advised me that freon was not a part, but a "gas" so the warranty paid for nothing. Since A/C in south west florida is a necesssity, I told him to proceed. He worked quite a long time on my unit and, put in a dye along with the freon to locate the leak, when he left the system worked fine. The tech advised me that he would be back in 2 o

i felt it was a grossly over priced service $514.08 the tec was here 5 mins replaced a compassionater (spelling could be wrong ) i called another company today was told they would come out and fix it for a total of $200.00 . just to big a price difference to not feel cheated . i called AA to let them know and got a lot of excuses but no satisfaction Service: HVAC system repair

John did a good job. He's very knowledgeable explaining what needed to be done today and in the future to keep my unit running well. He answered all my questions thoroughly, too. He was running late but breezed through the maintenance and sanitization. I enrolled in monthly service which will end up being cheaper in the long run because it includes monthly cleaning plus the (2) annual services (regularly $170) for $12/month. And they call 2 weeks in advance to schedule an appt. AA Temperature Services installed the unit and did the maintenance for 15 years. Then, they changed ownership and it was downhill from there. They said I needed a UV light ($450+) to control mold growth. I didn't know it emitted ozone until that night when I got a horrible headache. I asked to have it removed the next day, which they did. And they refunded $95 and left the UV light with me (to resell?), coz they can't reuse it. I talked to someone there who was not going about to help. I searched for a new a/c s
