The service tech, Abe was efficient and helpful when explaining the issues. Highly recommend to anyone. The service tech Abe, discovered an issue during the annual tune & clean service and was able to order the needed parts and change out a week later for a satisfactory and welcome conclusion. First Charlotte AC came to the rescue when my AC quit suddenly today. Gary had the problem figured and resolved the same day to get us cooled down. The office made an effort to find the parts I needed at a better cost. Very professional and no up sell for unnecessary costs. So appreciative of everyone’s hard work for us. Thank you!
