I called this business and they set up an appointment the following day at 7:30 am (I am retired and usually get up at 8 am). I got up at 6:30 am to be prepared. When they didn't show up, I called them at 8, the receptionist told me she would check and call me back. She did not call back. At 8:30, I called them again, and she said they were on their way. No one showed. If she had bothered to call me back with a valid excuse (overslept, etc, as I was the first appt of the day), I would have understood. I do what I tell people I will do. If not, I let them know. Don't depend on this company if you need a quick and truthful followup response. They will never get my business again.

We had a gfi go bad. Ryan came out and replaced it perfectly. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Their pricing was more than fair. Ryan’s professional manner was top notch. I will hire them again! Fantastic job! Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation

They had a difficult job identifying where the problem was but they persevered until they uncovered the problem. Now we are going to wait and see how things go. It's a complicated situation and would take to long to explain but Jeff Master's Electric is a top notch company and worth hiring for your not trouble shooting assignment.
