Everyone we spoke with in person and on the phone has been kind, patient and efficient. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and went over the products they were installing. Just had our final inspection done and have been very happy with the entire process with Power. Very communicative and responsive to all questions we had. All employees were knowledgeable and efficient. We got most of our windows done at a competitive rate, our sales person Noah was very committed to making sure we got what we want and were comfortable with the decisions that were made along the way. There was also a follow up contractor who made sure all measurements were exact for installation. The permit process was all done directly by them, city inspection passed and a final quality inspection by Power to make sure everything was done right. Thank you to Victor's crew who removed and replaced 7 windows in a 5 hour time frame and left everything cleaned up for us. We are looking forward to completing the rest of the windows by them and also quoting to replace our roof when the time comes.

Starting with remodeling consultant Brennan who was very helpful with details, sharing knowledge of different impact styles , lifetime warranty which is simple reason as to quality of windows. Amazing installation crew led by Julio, his team was clean and very professional, fast , yet great attention to details. Quality check was finalized by Kyle and he gave additional overview and answered many questions we had but forgot to ask.
