Technician Brennan did a great job fixing our AC unit and provided excellent service throughout the process. I admire his work ethic and I highly recommend Hot2Cold. I know that I will call them again for any future AC needs.
My AC went out last weekend, what a mess with two little kids in the house. I called Hot 2 Cold, they were one of two companies that called me back out of 5 or 6. They were scheduled to come out Sunday evening between 6 - 8. Brennan Gibson called about 2 pm and said he was available and heading over to check out my AC. He was professional, knowledgeable and walked me through what the issue was and how to work through it when it happens again. Very thankful they were able to come out earlier than expected and that the issue was not a major one. Definitely give Hot 2 Cold a call when you have an AC issue or for annual maintenance.
James came out to give me a quote for a new a/c unit. I loved the flexibility of payment options. The installation has been completed, and I have a positive feeling about the level of quality and thorough work that was performed.
