I can't recommend Hot 2 Cold or James T enough! They have made the whole process of getting our AC unit replaced easy and stress-free. James was professional, kind, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to get our unit replaced within a day, and James was able to answer every question we had throughout the process. I'm so glad we went with Hot 2 Cold and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else who needs a new unit or a service. Service: Install AC

Excellent, courteous, and efficient service! Our HVAC tech, Luis, did a thorough job explaining to me what the issues were with our AC unit and provided pictures and a video, as well as annual maintenance that we should do in order to prevent future problems. Customer service was also very professional and prompt, providing text messages and a phone call to let us know the ETA of the technician and when he was within 30 minutes away. Pricing was reasonable and the $79 charge for the visit to give an estimate was put towards the total cost of the service.
